Mr. Teddy Liu is an experienced accounting/auditing professional & Corporate Head with a demonstrated history of leading a portfolio of businesses related to and focused on the real estate industry.

He has strong business and professional experience, expertise, and networks. Mr. Liu is skilled in change management, business planning/reorganization, internal audit, risk management, operations management, people development, and talent management.

Mr. Liu is a champion for innovation within companies, as well as bridging start-ups with corporates to drive mutual business development.

He holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and is a member of various professional bodies in the fields of accounting, company secretarial services, and taxation. Mr. Liu was elected as a Council Member for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants for a term of two years from 2021 to 2023. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong.
