Behind the Scenes of Hong Kong’s Premier Online Marketplace: A Visit to HKTVMall’s Headquarters

The HKU Business School Association (HKUBSAA) organized a company visit to HKTVMall’s headquarters on October 24, 2024. HKTVMall, the largest and leading online shopping mall in Hong Kong has revolutionized the world of e-commerce by creating a unique digital ecosystem.
Accompanied by HKTVMall staff, our members were provided a comprehensive overview of the platform’s vast scale, and its key business advancements. Attendees gained insights into e-commerce warehouse operations and marketing strategies, and were impressed by the warehouse’s size and efficient automated processes for fulfilling customer orders.

We were honored to have Ms Alice Wong, Group Chief Financial Officer, Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited provide our members with a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the dynamic operations at HKTVMall.
