Alumni Sharing: Master the Dynamic World of Entrepreneurship

On November 28, we hosted a remarkable alumni sharing session, featuring our HKU alumnus, Jack Chan, as the guest speaker. The evening was a vibrant fusion of inspiration, insight, and camaraderie, as we explored the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.

The audience was captivated by Jack’s fascinating narrative, from his academic journey at HKU, to his strategic roles in Hedge Fund and Investment Banking, culminating in his current entrepreneurial ventures. His story, punctuated by determination, hard work, and innovative thinking, is a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit that we strive to cultivate within our community.

Jack also provided invaluable insights into the essence of entrepreneurship, its significance in today’s rapidly changing business landscape, and the path to mastering it. He emphasized the importance of adopting a problem-first approach, the potential of well-executed ideas, and the critical role of cultivating the right mindset.
