New Year’s Alumni Lunch and Whisky Tasting in Shenzhen

HKUBSAA kicked off 2026 with a New Year’s Alumni Lunch & Whisky Tasting in Shenzhen, bringing together culture, brand storytelling, and alumni networking in a relaxed setting. Hosted at Fuk Hong House Restaurant & Bar, a venue that fuses Eastern heritage with Western influences, the event highlighted how traditional Chinese culture can evolve through openness and integration. Featuring Gaolong Single Malt Chinese Whisky, alumni explored the brand’s journey, gaining insights into how Chinese spirits are navigating craftsmanship, brand positioning, and international competition to build global recognition and confidence.

In addition to whisky tasting and brand sharing, the event placed strong emphasis on alumni interaction, with each participant introducing themselves to foster genuine connections across industries and generations. The gathering concluded on a warm, engaging note, marking a meaningful start to HKUBSAA’s 2026 activities and reinforcing its commitment to providing platforms for authentic connection, thoughtful exchange, and long-term value for its alumni community.
