From the Court to the Community: Pickleball Alumni Mixer

Pickleball is fast becoming a meaningful way to bring the HKU Business School alumni community together. Through a series of energetic and engaging sessions, we have provided alumni with opportunities to reconnect with old friends, meet new peers, expand their networks, and strengthen their ties with the HKU Business School.
We were honoured to have Professor Hongbin Cai, Dean of HKU Business School, together with faculty members, join alumni on the court. Their participation demonstrates the School’s strong support for developing pickleball as a signature alumni activity, connecting alumni across different regions, generations, and professional backgrounds.
Our sincere thanks go to alumnus Lam Ho, our certified coach, for his professional guidance throughout the sessions. We would also like to thank our Executive Committee member David Hong for his dedicated support in coordinating the activities and helping to foster a vibrant pickleball community among alumni.
More sessions will be organised in the coming months, and we look forward to welcoming more alumni to join us on the court — to play, connect, and be part of this growing community.
